VE Day 80th Anniversary 8th May 2025

If you weren’t able to join us for the VE Day 80th Anniversary commemoration at the Queen Elizabeth II recreation ground on the 8th of May, don’t worry! We’ve put together a short video capturing the highlights of the event, including the declaration, the raising of the commemorative flag, and the wonderful performance by the Foxhills Junior School Choir.

Parish Council Act of Remembrance

The Parish Council Remembrance Commemoration in the Recreation Ground, 10th November, gave residents the opportunity to observe a two minute silence after which local resident, Dennis Hart, raised the flag on our new flagpole in the Recreation Ground.
