21/009 – 128 Lyndhurst Road Car Wash – Cllr Austin advised that wooden fencing had been replaced at the site, but there was a metal post that had been left sticking up which was a trip hazard. Clerk had not heard back from her email of 21 July , chased 26.08.2021. |

21/00708 – 21 New Road, Ashurst – Demolition of existing garage & Carport to facilitate erection of two storey side/rear extension No issues with this application, materials being used matched the existing. Unanimously agreed by all Members 21/00689 – 37 Peterscroft Avenue. Ashurst – First Floor rear extension Members unanimously agreed that it was out of character with the surrounding properties, would cause overlooking, and that the height of the proposed extension would cause loss of light to the neighbours at 35 and 39 Peterscroft. 21800685 – 44 Peterscroft Avenue, Ashurst – Front & rear single storey extensions, new roof/wall configuration to existing conservatory No issues with this application, unanimously agreed by all Members 21/00728 – 6 Holly Road, Ashurst – Single storey extension; replacement roof to covered area; 1 no additional window Members felt that it would have an impact on Number 4 Holly Road and would be overbearing. The replacement roof area was too large and not appropriate to the original curtilage of the building. TPO/21/0420 – St Josephs, 8 Lyndhurst Road, Ashurst – Prune 1 x Beech tree Members agreed unanimously to defer this application to NFNPA officers for decision as Councillor Torkington had put in the application |
